Delete your trendy.ai account

trendy.ai is made by Appera. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open trendy.ai and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@appera.io with the subject "Delete my trendy.ai account", from the email address linked to your account, or say whether you signed in with Apple or Google. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What happens next

You are signed out on all devices right away and your shared creations stop being visible.
For 30 days the deletion can be cancelled by signing in again.
After 30 days we permanently delete your account, photos, face data, creations, credits and credit history, subscription records, notifications and device tokens, and revoke your Sign in with Apple authorisation.
Some copies may remain for a limited time in backups and server logs before they are overwritten. App stores and our billing provider keep purchase records under their own policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you are not charged again. Unused credits cannot be refunded when an account is deleted.
