Common questions
A generation failed
You are not charged for a generation that does not finish. If credits look wrong after a failure, write to us with the approximate time and we will check the ledger.
A photo was refused
Photos are checked before they are used. A photo can be refused because no face was found, because the image is too small or blurry, or because it did not pass our content checks. Pick another photo and try again.
Credits, subscriptions and refunds
Credits are spent per generation; the cost is shown before you start. Subscriptions renew through the App Store or Google Play, and you cancel them in your store account settings, not in the app. Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google at play.google.com/store/account.
Deleting your account
Profile → Delete account, or see delete-account. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel that in your store settings.
